All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or other specified booking methods.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your total service cost.

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Payments and Pricing

Pricing for all services is available on our website and is subject to change without prior notice.

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, or other approved methods at the time of service.

Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales and services are final.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss possible resolutions.

Products purchased from Contour Me by Jules are non-refundable unless proven defective.

5. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used within their specified validity period.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Contour Me by Jules takes every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

However, we are not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse outcomes due to pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose relevant information during consultations.

Clients are encouraged to perform patch tests where applicable and notify us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to services.
